How do I download specific audience reports for influencers?
The Smartfluence platform allows you to download detailed audience reports on nearly any public Instagram account. To do so is simple! Within the Explore Influencers page, simply click on the "Looking for a specific influencer" text and enter the username (e.g. smartfluence, not @smartfluence or www.instagram.com/smartfluence) into the prompt. Then click "Download Report" and your download should begin immediately.

How do I use Promote by Smartfluence to automate my influencer campaigns?
You can use Promote by Smartfluence to automate your influencer outreach & influencer selection by simply entering basic campaign & influencer preferences. The Smartfluence platform allows you to identify new influencers through our database of hundreds of thousands verified influencers using our proprietary filters such as comparison profiles, industry, age, gender, and many more!
How do I find new influencers by using a comparison profile?
Comparison profiles are ideal influencers or brands that you aspire to work with or emulate. On the Smartfluence Platform, if you enter a comparison profile, we will run a lookalike analysis and dig through the nitty gritty of the comparison profiles' audience to find similar influencers based on your other filter's criteria.
Can I find influencers by searching for text in their profile?
Yes! On the influencer identification page, you can search by "Bio Text". Simple enter a keyword or phrase you expect to see in an influencer's profile biography, and we will show you results based on matches.
Can I filter by influencer demographics (gender, age, location, etc.)?
Yes! You can toggle between audience filter and influencer filters. If you are only looking for specific types of influencers based on demographic filters, simply switch the filter criteria to "Influencer Filters" and we will narrow your results.
We always recommend you to use a comparison profile as the base of your search. From there select the relevant industry and toggle the audience follower count & engagement rate. Lastly, pick relevant influencer filters to narrow your search further.
Go to the "Manage Campaigns" page and click the button that says "Create New Campaign". This is where you will add influencers and view details on a specific campaign you are running.
Go to a campaign and be sure that you have added a list of influencers to the campaign. Once that is done, simply click the second icon at the top of the page in order export your list to CSV. The export will include contact information for the influencers.
E-mail outreach templates are specific to each campaign. Click on your campaign and click on the "Mail Templates" button. Then follow the instructions in order to create a new template that you can use when you are submitting bids through the platform.
How do I send multiple emails at once to my influencers?
Within your campaign, select all of the influencers you want to email and hit the "Bulk Email" button. You will then select a template you want to use to send an email to these influencers. Be sure to follow-up via email and direct messages!
After adding influencers to your campaign, use our predictive analytics tool to see predictive demographic and cost analytics. It is important to use this tool in order to make sure your campaign aligns to your expectations.
Go to a campaign and for each influencer that you have added, under the "Action" column, select the 2nd icon to add details regarding the post. This only works if the influencer has created the sponsored post for you already.
Can I track the performance of influencers I did not find on the Smartfluence Platform?
Yes! You will first have to add the influencer to your campaign. In order to do that, go to the influencer identification page and select "Looking for a specific influencer". Search for your influencer and add them to the campaign. You can now track!
How should I track other statistics like sales, website traffic, impressions, and others?
While you can't track these statistics on our platform right now, we recommend you to ask your influencers to tag you as "branded content partners" (see link below) - this will enable you to see all of the post statistics that the influencer can see. Furthermore, use unique to track sales and website traffic, be sure to reference your domain analytics for these exact details.
