How do I use the predictive campaign analytics?

After adding influencers to your campaign, use our predictive analytics tool to see predictive demographic and cost analytics. It is important to use this tool in order to make sure your campaign aligns to your expectations.

What statistics can I track?

Within the analytics tab, go to "Post Statistics". Here you can track both likes and comments over time after your influencer makes a post.

How do I start tracking post statistics?

Go to a campaign and for each influencer that you have added, under the "Action" column, select the 2nd icon to add details regarding the post. This only works if the influencer has created the sponsored post for you already.

Can I track the performance of influencers I did not find on the Smartfluence Platform?

Yes! You will first have to add the influencer to your campaign. In order to do that, go to the influencer identification page and select "Looking for a specific influencer". Search for your influencer and add them to the campaign. You can now track!

How should I track other statistics like sales, website traffic, impressions, and others?

While you can't track these statistics on our platform right now, we recommend you to ask your influencers to tag you as "branded content partners" (see link below) - this will enable you to see all of the post statistics that the influencer can see. Furthermore, use unique to track sales and website traffic, be sure to reference your domain analytics for these exact details.
